He has worked for many years in the private sector in Corporate Banking, Insurance, and Petroleum. He has worked as an I.R.S. Tax Examiner with the United States Treasury, and as an Enumerator with the Bureau of the Censusin the United States Department of Commerce.
Dr. Holidis has received numerous recognitions such as “Great Minds of the 21st Century” by the American Biographical Institute, U.S. Ambassador of Good Will to Greece with the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels, and U.S. Department of Defense Award.
He is a Professor of Finance & Economics at New York College (Greece), where he teaches Private Equity & Venture Capital, Mergers & Acquisitions, Financial Modeling & Risk Analysis, Financial Management, Real Estate Financing, Financial Markets, Financial Strategy & Policy, Retail/Commercial Banking.
He is a member of the American Economic Association (U.S.A.), the National Alliance of Tax Preparer (U.S.A.), and Adjutant with the American Legion (Greece).
